At South Lamar we will feature last summer's instant classic musical Mamma Mia. I have decided to showcase the best parts of the film, the amazing Swedish music of Abba and the glorious scenery of Greece. The menu pairs a different sparkling wine with each course. The brunch is inspired from the fjords and islands with classic Swedish pancakes, a Aegean spinach soup with feta foam, and seared prawn, a classic Swedish hash of roast lamb and fingerling potatoes, juniper cured salmon, and custard filled phyllo.
The Village's Elijah Horgan offers a treat filled viewing of Breakfast at Tiffany's this Sunday. Inspired by Audrey Hepburn's tour de force, Elijah will plate a menu based on the characters and setting of glorious NYC. He will start you off as she did with coffee and donuts, then onto lox, Japanese custard, a new york strip on homemade biscuits, and berries and cream. Of course all of this will be paired with wine.
