Go Bananas With Gallery Furniture’s Monkeys At Friday “Zookeeper” Screening

Everybody loves a monkey. This Friday, in celebration of the new Kevin James film ZOOKEEPER, the Alamo Drafthouse will play host to some of the cutest capuchin monkeys to ever grace the city of Houston.

The monkeys, and their human friend and handler Robert Williams, will be available at the Alamo Drafthouse - West Oaks starting at 3 PM to take pictures and mingle before they go inside the theater to watch the 4 PM screening of ZOOKEEPER, a new film about a zookeeper who gets dating advice from a wide array of talking animals.

The monkeys are visiting from the Westside Tennis and Fitness Club and Gallery Furniture, the famous Houston furniture store where they normally spend their days. To learn more about the family of capuchin monkeys that will be visiting the Alamo Drafthouse, visit the official blog of Gallery Furniture's Mattress Mack.

So don't miss out on this sure-to be fun event with a funny movie and some real-life animal guests. You might even be able to coax some kissing tips from the monkeys. And don't forget, it's always a good idea to pay your respect to our eventual primate overlords before the RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES.
