Making its local premiere during the Houston Comedy Film Festival, JUST LIKE US explores comedy as a universal language. 

RISE & SHINE follows DeMerit as he journeys from the bottom — playing in Sunday park leagues and lower level division London clubs — to his time in the English Premier Leagues and eventually starting in the 2010 World Cup. 

This November The Action Pack is celebrating the complex relationships of three of music's biggest performers with a two-hour Sing-Along event featuring the career highlights of Beyonce, Jay-Z and Kanye West. You’ll get both solo efforts from the trio plus all sorts of collaborations. Best of all, we’ll have props available to ring in the celebration — including glow rings, in fact. As with all of our Sing-Alongs, we’ll throw up subtitles to all the songs to help you keep up with the mad flows and catchy chorus from the hip-hop royalty.

Beginning Tuesday, November 1 and running through Saturday, November 5, we’ll host five days of screenings curated by the Houston Comedy Film Festival. This third annual event will screen 40 indie short films and two feature films. All films were handpicked from over 400 submissions from all around the world. The shorts being shown throughout the week come from all over the place — including Los Angeles, Madrid, Brazil and Australia. Of course, there will also be a wide selection of Houston filmmakers on display too!
