Directions: The Mainstreet Theater is located at the corner of 14th and Main Street.
From the south take I35 to exit 2U toward Broadway/I-70 E/St Louis . Follow signs for Broadway and then keep left at the fork, follow signs for Convention Center and merge onto Truman Rd. Continue on Truman and turn left onto Main St. Our theater will be on the left. Look for the huge Mainstreet sign on your left!
From the north, 6. Take exit 2D toward Main-Delaware/Wyandotte St . Merge onto W Independence Ave and then turn left onto Delaware St.

KC Live Parking Garage located on 13th street between Walnut St. and Grand St. (151 E 13th St Kansas City, MO 64106)
KC Live parking garage is available to our patrons EVERY DAY at ANY TIME of the week and parking is free for up to 4 hours WITH VALIDATION from our box office! Those 4 hours should provide you with enough time to catch a movie and grab a drink in the Chesterfield!
H&R Block Parking Garage located at 13th St. and Main St. (1344 Walnut St, Kansas City, MO 64105) We validate for this location on MONDAY – FRIDAY AFTER 6 PM, SATURDAY AFTER 12 PM, and SUNDAY ALL DAY! During the listed times, parking is free for up to 4 hours WITH VALIDATION from our box office! The lot availability may be subject to change based on events.
Note: Both parking garages will charge $4 for every hour after the first 4 hours with validation. The maximum daily charge is $25. Full price of $4 per hour will be charged on all tickets not validated by our box office. Tickets that are double-validated will not function properly. If you don’t mind a bit of a walk, then you can find plenty of free street-parking starting after 6pm all around our beautiful theater, our favorite being the parking spots on 14th and Baltimore, but those can fill up quickly on the weekend and during events.
You can also take the free KC Streetcar! Running from the River Market on the north end to Union Station and Crown Center on the south, KC Streetcar connects all the downtown neighborhoods with 16 platform stops and 2 miles of track.
