When Louise finds out that she has secret witch powers that will kick in on her 16th birthday, she does what any teenage girl would do - casts a spell transforming her into the most popular girl at school. Guided by Madame Serena, she fixes it so that hunky Brad will find her irresistable, and because she has a generous heart, she also hooks up her favorite teacher with a dashing gentleman, and, most notably, gives her best friend the power to win a rap battle. However, when abandoned house make-out sessions and choreographed musical numbers in her honor end up leaving Louise cold, she wonders if Brad wants her for real, or is it just the spell?

Screening on 35mm film.
