No one is safe when Denzel Washington stars as Tobin Frost, an ex-CIA agent gone rogue in SAFE HOUSE. When Frost is captured as a fugitive, he's put in a safe house where a young, green agent named Matt Weston (the always affable and oft-shirtless Ryan Reynolds) is burdened with the responsibility of supervising him. Sounds simple enough, right? Nope! The safe house gets attacked by ominous forces and amateur Weston has no choice but to lead Frost and himself to safety, wherever that may be and by any means possible.
With a phenomenal supporting cast that includes Vera Farmiga, Brendan Gleeson, Sam Shepard and Joel Kinnaman, SAFE HOUSE is a chilling and twisty thriller that will keep the audience on edge. Reynolds turns in a great role as Weston, but Washington's powerful performance as a dauntingly unhinged rogue agent is the real reason to catch SAFE HOUSE.
