Time to scream! It's the most blood-chilling edition of Best of... yet! Owen Egerton brings us The Best of Arrraahhh! The monthly Best of ... shows are not-to-be-missed nights. Part clip show, part talk show, part variety extravaganza, part social and psychological exploration! Experience clips covering the history of horror going back to Thomas Edison's silent film Frankenstein to Universal classics, Hammer Studio's glory, Italian zombie gore, the straight-to-video wonders of the 1980's and so much more. We'll see some of the very worst of horror films (GINGERBREAD MAN, FRANKENHOOKER, SNOOP DOG'S HOOD OF HORROR). We'll explore why we love serial killers, nightmares, monsters and Ed Wood. We'll have experts argue the comparable strengths and weakness of Freddy, Jason, Leatherface and Michael. Special guests including horror film veterans and special effect wizards. And live music! Guest co-curator Bryan Connolly and the Alamo's own Zack Carlson will bring their outstanding expertise and join Owen in an amazing night of screaming, laughing and outright HORROR!
