ALL TOMORROW'S PARTIES (ATP), the most unusual and artistically exciting of modern music festivals, has always set itself apart. ATP invites significant bands or artists to curate each year's line up, eschewing corporate sponsors or a major profit strategy, showing great works of cinema alongside performances by music legends, and featuring appearances by the latest crop of experimental artists from every musical genre. ALL TOMORROW'S PARTIES is a semi-found multimedia bricolage shot by over two hundred filmmakers, fans and musicians over the recent history of All Tomorrow's Parties, with key contributions from cinematographer Vincent Moon (The Take Away Shows, Arcade Fire). The film features Sonic Youth, Belle and Sebastian, Grizzly Bear, Patti Smith, Daniel Johnston and Portishead, among many other notable bands and artists.
