In honor of the great Robert Altman's birthday, we are screening one of his greatest films, M*A*S*H. This brilliant satire on war follows the staff of a field hospital in the Korean War, as they try to rise above the horrors of war with humor, pranks and friendship. The film is wry and bittersweet, thoughtful and beautifully filmed. Starring the wonderful Donald Sutherland, Tom Skerritt, Elliot Gould and Sally Kellerman, M*A*S*H is truly Altman at his best.
