Academy Award® winners Sandra Bullock and George Clooney star in GRAVITY, a heart-pounding thriller that pulls you into the infinite and unforgiving realm of deep space directed by Oscar® nominee Alfonso Cuarón (CHILDREN OF MEN).

Bullock plays Dr. Ryan Stone, a brilliant medical engineer on her first shuttle mission, with veteran astronaut Matt Kowalsky (Clooney) in command of his last flight before retiring.

But on a seemingly routine spacewalk, disaster strikes. The shuttle is destroyed, leaving Stone and Kowalsky completely alone—tethered to nothing but each other and spiraling out into the blackness. The deafening silence tells them they have lost any link to Earth…and any chance for rescue.

As fear turns to panic, every gulp of air eats away at what little oxygen is left. But the only way home may be to go further out into the terrifying expanse of space.

"If the film past is dead, GRAVITY shows us the glory of cinema's future." --Richard Corliss, TIME

"Both a spectacle and a platform for performers"--Stephanie Zacharek, THE VILLAGE VOICE

"At once the most realistic and beautifully choreographed film ever set in space..." --Todd McCarthy, THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER

But what I really want to talk about is how we’re partnering with the “Pedaling 4 Parkinsons” charity on the 28th to benefit research into Parkinson’s disease, and how Michael J. Fox has agreed to tape an introduction for us to precede it.

2015 is shaping up to be a triumphal parade of my own childhood.  Unearthing milestones like my junior-high screening of Road Warrior, my family visit as a tiny kid to Disneyland, the comics I stayed up reading with a flashlight under the covers long after lights out, the first movie I ever saw in a theater: Star Wars.
