Godzilla. Gigan. King Ghidorah. Angilas. They're all here and they all fight each other. What more could you want? Well, they also talk to each other, making this not only one of the most exciting of all Godzilla films, but also one of the strangest! GODZILLA ON MONSTER ISLAND is a magical movie full of indefinable charm and childlike wonder. Cockroach aliens from "Space Hunter Nebula-M" assume the forms of dead humans and put a giant laser beam inside Godzilla Tower, the centerpiece attraction at peace-themed amusement park World Children's Land. Whenever something like this happens, naturally a bunch of monsters are going to show up. A budding manga artist, his karate champion girlfriend and a dirty hippy are witness to some of the biggest, most imaginative set pieces in the history of Godzilla, culminating in a gigantic four-way brawl between the monsters. Not to be missed.
