HAUSU is the story of a haunted house – and what happens when seven teenage girls travel from room to unpredictable room, each step leading them closer to their doom.

What is originally intended as a relaxing summer vacation to visit an aunt's country home unwittingly transforms into an all-out girl-against-ghost battle against man-eating pianos, blood-spurting cats, and a host of the supernatural. HAUSU is characteristically light on logic, but heavy on style, execution, and charm. If you haven't seen this on the big screen, you won't believe your eyes!

This screening is a fundraiser for Adam Salinas's mom. Adam has been an employee at the Alamo Drafthouse for nearly nine years. His mother's home is sliding off its foundation and she doesn't have the funds to repair or arrest the damage. Without immediate action and support funds, her home may be destroyed and lost forever.

This screening features a "pay what you can" structure to encourage each audience member to contribute what they can to this meaningful cause. 100% of the proceeds from this screening will be donated to Adam's mom so she can save her home.
