Film Club’s THE LOST WEEKEND will be a celebration of film at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema from Friday, October 3 to Sunday, October 5.  Thirteen films from around the world will be featured, including four advance screenings.  None of these films have been screened theatrically in Winchester before.

Our initial 100 “Weekend Passes” sold out in less than one day, so due to demand there will be an additional 50 partial passes available for $35 each.  The 50 partial passes will be good for admission to the movies listed below (with the exception of films listed as STANDBY ONLY, as well as one ticket of purchaser's choice to GONE GIRL for any screening Oct. 4 - Oct.  9.  There will be standby lines for the remaining four films, and guests with partial passes will be admitted to these films on a first come, first served basis and only if seats are available 5 minutes prior to showtime.  The GONE GIRL ticket can be secured when picking up "welcome packages" on Oct. 3.

Film Club 3.0 is a community of film fans that meets as often as every week at the Alamo Drafthouse to screen independent, foreign, documentary and classic films.  Founded and led by Andy Gyurisin, the group has grown to over 1,000 members in a year of screenings at the Alamo and has helped to demonstrate that independent film is in demand in the Shenandoah Valley.  Find out more or join Film Club 3.0 HERE
