Lagunitas Beer Dinner: BOOGIE NIGHTS

Paul Thomas Anderson’s BOOGIE NIGHTS is a movie that deserves to be seen again on the big screen. There are certain tones, nuances, and yes, characters’ bathing suit areas in the film that warrant being viewed in a bigger than life format. We’ve worked with the fine folks at Lagunitas Brewing Company on a special beer dinner that will showcase their great portfolio of top-notch beers. Alamo Executive Chef John Bullington has crafted a gourmet food menu that not only accentuates each beer’s unique style but also Dirk Diggler giant talent. It’s time to see Don Cheadle in western wear, Burt Reynolds as a porn director, Heather Graham on roller-skates, and everyone else in amazing steadicam shots from the masterful eye of P.T. Anderson. Lagunitas hails from California, which happens to be where Marky Mark’s character finds fame in this risqué flick, but the brewers assure us that there is much less disco, drugs, and sex in the Golden State than the film would have us believe.
