With the 70's behind him, San Diego's top rated newsman, Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell), returns to the news desk in ANCHORMAN 2: THE LEGEND CONTINUES.

Also back for more are Ron’s co-anchor and wife, Veronica Corningstone (Christina Applegate), weather man Brick Tamland (Steve Carell), man on the street Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd) and sports guy Champ Kind (David Koechner). All of whom won’t make it easy to stay classy…while taking the nation's first 24-hour news channel by storm.

Celebrate the return of Ron Burgundy with a four-course meal with pairings from Buffalo Bayou Brewery.

South West Buffalo Empanadas with Tomatillo Salsa
This appetizer is a tribute to San Diego and its’ South West heritage. The Empanadas are a pie like shell filled with a mildly spicy ground Buffalo meat and accompanied with a tangy Tomatillo Salsa.
Paired with Buffalo Bayou Brewery's flagship beer, 1836 - aged on Cedar

Scotch Bisque with Crab
In honor of Ron’s favorite spirit, this Crab Bisque is livened up with a nice Scotch. The contrast of the scotch and can creamy seafood bisque, make for a nice pallet pleaser.
Paired with an experimental Belgo Rye IPA Aged on Apricots

Roasted Cornish Hen, Garlic Whipped Potatoes , Braised Greens and Burgundy Sauce
This dish is not only a play on names, but also a well balanced entrée. The hen is seasoned, roasted, and set atop of finely whipped potatoes that are infused with butter cream and roasted garlic. The side of greens are slowly braised with sweet onions and bacon. To finish off the plate is a light Burgundy Wine sauce.
Paired with Buffalo Bayou Brewery's fall seasonal scotch ale – Smoke on the Bayou

New York Cheese Cake with Chocolate Sauces, Shavings and Fresh Berries
For dessert, and to go along with Ron’s adventure, we are serving individual New York cheesecakes with a chocolate sauce and fresh shaved chocolate shavings with a side of fresh berries and whipped cream.
Double paired with a side by side tasting of Wit X-Mas and Gingerbread Stout
