Alamo Drafthouse Kalamazoo will replace the Rave Cityplace at 180 Portage St, Kalamazoo, MI 49007. We will open in late Spring 2013. This will be our very first theater in Western Michigan! We can’t wait to share our signature touches with you, including our ad-free custom preshows, ironclad no-talking/no-texting policy, and the elimination of the traditional front row for a better viewing experience. All ten of our theaters will be equipped with Sony 4k digital screens and we will have the capability to screen archival 35mm prints of your favorite films.
