Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas is proud to offer its employees full benefits.

Hourly theatre employees are eligible for benefits after 6 months of full time employment. For benefits eligibility, the minimum hours must average 30 per week.

Theatre Managers are eligible for benefits after 60 days of full time employment.

• Medical – PPO and HMO options are both available through Cigna Healthcare.
• Dental – PPO and HMO options are both available through Assurant.
• Vision – Offered through EyeMed
• Life Insurance – benefits offered through Assurant

Home Office hourly and salaried staff members are offered Medical, Dental, Life and Vision benefits through United Healthcare. Short Term Disability is also available.

Vacation – all employees accrue vacation on an hourly basis:

• 40 hours – for the first year (based on 40 hours worked per week)
• 80 hours – second year and after (based on 40 hours worked per week)

Family Fund – We are one big happy family, and from time to time, family members need assistance. The Family Fund was set up to provide vacation hours to employees in need of time off for medical, or emergencies that they do not have the time to cover themselves.

Free Movies – Employee and a guest received free admission to any Alamo Drafthouse location and 50% off their food bill (up to $12.50 off)

Yoga – We have teamed up with Yoga Yoga for 20% off all classes and 50% off all classes at Wanderlust Yoga.
