If YoFi Fest is WRONG, We Don’t Want to be Right

Alamo Drafthouse Yonkers is excited to partner with the Yonkers Film Festival to bring you Drafthouse Films' WRONG!

The YoFi Fest brings new works by emerging filmmakers, including features, shorts, music videos, animation and student works to the Sixth Borough. Rounding out the weekend are workshops for all ages and opportunities to talk with the filmmakers face-to-face.

WRONG follows Dolph Springer ("Reno 911"’s Jack Plotnick), who wakes up one morning to realize he has lost the love of his life, his dog, Paul. During his quest to get Paul (and his life) back, Dolph radically changes the lives of others: a pizza-delivering nymphomaniac, a jogging-addict neighbor in search of completeness, an opportunistic French-Mexican gardener, and an off-kilter pet detective. In his journey to find Paul, Dolph may lose something even more vital: his mind.

"GROUNDHOG DAY Remade By Buñuel." --indieWIRE

"A demented, surrealist near-masterpiece...full of mystery and wonder." --Andrew O'hehir, Salon

"A sweetly unnerving experiment in ambient fuckeduppedness." --Alan Scherstuhl, LA Weekly

"Text Book Surrealism...Definitely Worth Your Attention!" --io9

WRONG is closing the festival on Sunday, October 13th at 8:15 pm. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit the YoFi Fest homepage!
