The heat is on... and we don't mean you forgot to turn your stove off (but you should probably check that just in case now that we've said it, d'oh!). Anyway... as of yesterday it's officially summer in Texas (and the rest of the Northern Hemisphere, but let's be honest, we're the most important part) that means scorching temperatures are on their way.
