The Manager is an integral part of the management team and is responsible for planning and organization as well as providing leadership to our staff members. Key responsibilities include staff development and retention, cost adherence, building sales, financial results, excellent guest service and a positive "can do" attitude. The Manager is a brand representative for the Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas and is responsible for upholding the company goals, visions and mission statement at all times while ensuring our standards of quality and service to the staff and patrons.
