See THE LEGO MOVIE and Play with Legos!

The Alamo lobbies will be full of Legos starting Saturday. Build your own creations and learn a few tricks from some pros!

See THE LEGO MOVIE and Play with Legos!

Lego madness is about to take over the Alamo.

Starting this Saturday the Slaughter Lane, Village and Lakeline locations will each have 15,000 legos in their lobbies just so you can make awesome lego creations before heading into the theater. Please take photos of your LEGO creation and tag @drafthouse on Instagram and Twitter so we can check 'em out! When we're all done building all of the bricks (45,000!) will be donated to Girl Start. So all this lego fun is also supporting a good cause.

Besides the thousands of legos availabe to build with, there will be some experienced builders doing demonstrations and offering advice in the lobby. Folks from great organizations such as Snapology and Brick for Kidz will be around throughout the weekend showing off what they can do with legos.

As part of our celebration of all things LEGO, we are also hosting a special benefit screening for Camp Brainstorm on Saturday 2/15 at 9:45 am at the Slaughter Lane location.  Camp Brainstorm gives kids with epilepsy a childhood adventure they won’t soon forget, where they can enjoy all the fun activities and friendships that come with a trip to camp, while leaving behind various challenges epilepsy can bring to their daily lives. Can't make the screening, but want to donate to Camp Brainstorm?  Click here.

Tickets for the Camp Brainstorm benefit screening are already on sale!
