Our Texas Monthly Rolling Roadshow Tour has been absolutely awesome so far, and we're so excited to be continuing throughout the rest of the month. With classics like HUD, RED RIVER, and GIANT coming up, this is going to be an awesome June.
Next weekend, in addition to RED RIVER on Friday in Fort Worth, we're showing two other amazing movies - BONNIE AND CLYDE (in Pilot Point) and TENDER MERCIES (in Waxahachie). We're thrilled to announce parties for each of these events, too, made possible by the wonderful communities in each of these towns.
For BONNIE AND CLYDE on Saturday, you can join us before the screening for a VIP Reception at 7:30pm inside the former bank where the famous first heist scene was filmed. Tickets to the reception are $25. Ticket price includes entry into the Farmers and Merchant's Gallery where we will be offering light refreshments and appetizers, reserved VIP seating at the screening, an official Alamo Drafthouse souvenir camping chair that is yours to keep after the event and entry into a raffle for a chance to win the complete set of 10 Texas Monthly Rolling Roadshow posters from Mondo. The outdoor screening of BONNIE AND CLYDE is free but tickets for the VIP Reception can be purchased here.
And on Sunday, for TENDER MERCIES, you can join us before the screening for a free reception and concert at the historic Texas Music Theater featuring live musical performances by Texas singer/songwriters Jason Crabtree, Kevin Sordiski and Scott Fant, followed by a forum on the making of TENDER MERCIES with Jake Jenkins, grandson of local music legend Mike O'Daniel. Refreshments will be available for sale. Doors open at 6pm.
