Travelers who pick up Southwest Airline's in-flight magazine The Spirit this month will find a welcome recipe for one of our signature concoctions, the Guinness Milkshake. This popular cordial was devised by our British, bald-domed master of the bar, Jim Hughes, pictured at left as he prepares to go on one of his many killing sprees.
We've tried to make these at home but it's never quite as good as when Jim and his staff prepare it.
