Oscar nominees Announced!

The complete list of oscar nominees was announced this morning (see list below). The crack staff at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema is already hard at work preparing our annual Red Carpet Celebration, a tradition at the Alamo since 1998! For those attending John Bullington's five course Red Carpet Feast, you will be eating dishes inspired by Bejamin Button, Frost/Nixon, Milk, The Reader and Slumdog Millionaire. For the rest, you'll enjoy a hosted evening of fun and excitement, complete with embarassing scenes from the dark early corners of the nominated stars career, a glamorous costume contest, Red Carpet Bingo and prizes for attendees who guess the most correct winners.

The big shindig happens at Village, Lamar and the Ritz on Sunday, February 22. Get your tickets early as this show always sells out!
