(Jon) Hamm ‘n’ eggs… it’s the SNL Brunch this Sunday!

Last season we started screening Saturday Night Live as part of our TV @ the Alamo series. But seeing as how most of us are busy Saturday nights we had the idea to show it Sunday mornings as a brunch/Saturday recovery period.

We're picking back up this season with this weekend's new episode featuring JON HAMM in his third outing as host with musical guest RIHANNA. SNL has picked up right where they left off last year, having lost mainstay Will Forte, by reloading with four new cast members.

So far this season they've seen Amy Poehler, Jane Lynch, Bryan Cranston,  and Emma Stone take up hosting duties, but this week should be extra-hilarious as Jon Hamm steps up to the plate. Hamm (best known as the dark and hunky Don Draper on Mad Men) has hosted SNL twice before, and is quickly becoming a go to host and friend of the show. For those who only know him as the chain-smoking, womanizing ad executive Draper, seeing him on SNL will give you a whole new appreciation for Hamm as he does whatever is asked of him, all for the sake of a laugh. Whether he's playing a drunk James Mason, a parody of the sexy saxophone player from The Lost Boys, or hapless Butts City Council hopeful Pat Finger, Hamm always bring the goods to Saturday Nights.

So come join us at the Alamo for what will be a hilarious half hour of sketch comedy from the longest running comedy institution in America. Also Rihanna is pretty good too.

Tickets to these screenings will be free, but you can reserve your seat by purchasing a $5 food and drink voucher redeemable towards your check at the show that night. For premieres and finales especially, we generally recommend reserving your space ahead of time that way.
