Samuel Adams Octoberfest - Boston Beer Company

Märzen / Oktoberfest |  5.30% ABV

Notes:  In 1810, Munich celebrated the wedding of their Crown Prince with a special beer.  After 16 days the party ended, but the tradition continues. Sam Adams version of the classic Oktoberfest lager blends 5 roasted malts for a rich, hearty flavor while Bavarian Noble hops add a touch of bitterness.

Original Gravity: Not available
Color: Deep red amber, SRM: 20

Saint Arnold Bishop's Barrel No. 4 - Limited Quantity
Style: Bourbon Barrel Weizenbock with Cocoa Nibs
Date Brewed: August 14, 2012
Date Racked: September 16, 2012
Date Bottled: July 26, 2013
Beer style in bbl: Weizenbock
Type of Barrel: Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels
Original Gravity:1.073
Final Gravity:1.013
Alcohol:7.9% ABV prior to barreling
9.9% ABV after barreling
Description: Pours a dark brown color with a very light head. The nose is bourbon, chocolate and banana. The taste starts with bourbon and a rich maltiness. Chocolate and a light banana flavor emerges, reminiscent of a banana split made with chocolate ice cream. We brewed the base weizenbock again and blended 10% fresh beer in with the barrel aged beer as much of the weizen yeast character had greatly diminished in the barrels. The warmer this beer gets the better it tastes. We recommend enjoying between 55°F and 60°F.

Here are a few beers that are only available at Mason Park:

(512) Tripel - (512) Brewing Company
Brewed by:  (512) Brewing Company
Texas, United States
Style | ABV
Tripel |  9.50% ABV
Availability: Fall/Seasonal
Notes:  A repeat of the 3rd Anniversary release.  Brewed in the spirit of the abbey ales of Belgium, (512) Tripel pours a deep golden with a dense, creamy white head. The authentic Belgian yeast strain produces a complex, spicy palate that balances ripe fruity esters with bready malts and firm but subtle hops.

Buffalo Bayou White Christmas - Buffalo Bayou
Brewed by:  Buffalo Bayou

Availability: SECESSIONIST SERIES
Notes: Traditional Belgian Wit spiced with Christmas spices -  This was a collaboration with Apogee Brewing.
Malt:  2 row Wheat
Hops:  Not available
Original Gravity: 14° Plato
Color:  Straw
Bitterness:  15 IBU

Bishop's Barrel 3 - Saint Arnold Brewing Company
Brewed by:  Saint Arnold Brewing Company
Texas, United States
Style | ABV
Russian Imperial Stout |  11.50% ABV
Availability: Limited
Notes:  Pours a black color with a very light head that dissipates quickly. The nose is all bourbon and chocolate. The taste starts with a mix of spice with the bourbon and chocolate emerging and lingering through the finish. Saint Arnold house yeast adds a slight creaminess. The light carbonation keeps the beer from becoming cloying, almost giving it a perception of lightness. A pleasant sipping beer with the bourbon both present but not overpowering as you work your way through the glass. Oddly easy to drink for a beer this strong.
Malt: Not available
Hops: Not available
Original Gravity: 1.084
Color: Very Dark/Black
Bitterness: 49 IBU

Here are some beers available exclusively at Vintage Park:

Brewed by:  Saint Arnold Brewing Company
Texas, United States

Weizenbock |  7.90% ABV

Notes:  Saint Arnold Weizenbock is a traditional weizenbock with a big malty sweetness, banana and clove esters from the hefeweizen yeast and a chocolate malt flavor from the black malts. While a big beer, it is also well balanced and drinkable. This beer, developed by brewer Stephen Rawlings, was used in Bishop’s Barrel No. 4.
Malt: Malted wheat and Vienna, black malted barley and wheat malt.
Hops: Hallertauer Hersbrucker

The dry finish keeps you coming back for more.
