Food at the Alamo - we want your feedback
As many of you may know, I resumed the role of CEO of the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema a few months ago. I've really enjoyed the work that goes along with that - charting the path and priorities for the future of Alamo Drafthouse and realigning all of the existing locations to that direction.
One of the bigger challenges has been unifying the menu at all locations. There are quite a few differences between the Lamar, Ritz and Village menus to those of Lake Creek, Houston, San Antonio and Winchester, not to mention different ingredient suppliers. Executive chef John Bullington is overseeing this project, and as we will be making some changes to all of the menus, he and I thought that now would be a great time to seek out feedback from you, our customers.
What do you like, what should we not change, what can we be doing better, what would you change if you had your way? We want your candid feedback. Feel free to be as granular or as global as you like. We want to hear what you have to say and will try to incorporate your feedback into our future menus. Even if we don't act on all of the suggestions, I can guarantee you that John and I and the head chefs at each of the locations will read and consider every single comment.
