As all of you witches and wizards (and muggles) out there have probably noticed, we kind of like to make a big deal every time a Harry Potter movie comes out. One of our grandest traditions, of course, is the HP feast, where we get to fully bedazzle our eyes and palettes with magics both cinematic and culinary.  Executive Chef John Bullington has outdone himself conjuring up this year's menu. See for yourselves: 1 Dragon’s egg Scotch quail eggs 2 Muggles Repast "Halfblood" sausages with aged cheddar and rustic bread. 3 Forbidden Forrest Soup Rich mushroom stock filled with wild mushrooms parsnips, celeriac and leek, finished with sherry 4 Hog’s Head Pub’s Steak Aberforth Seared caul wrapped filet with stilton and bubble and squeak croquette 5 Peruvian Darkness Powder Espresso streusel on top of South American dark chocolate pudding with layers of caramel and hazelnut cream

And, this year we'll be holding HP Feasts at both Lake Creek and South Lamar! Lake Creek: Monday, 11/22, 7pm Lamar: Tuesday, 11/23, 7pm

Tickets are $65 per person and will go on sale Mon, Nov 1 at noon.
