Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas is pleased to announce plans to open their first El Paso location with EPT Land Communities and franchise partner Triple Tap Ventures LLC, owner and operator of the Houston area Alamo Drafthouse Cinema theaters. The first El Paso location will serve as the anchor tenant to the upcoming Montecillo Town Center, El Paso’s first smart growth, mixed-use community development that will include several restaurants, retail outlets, and housing on El Paso’s west side at 5001 N. Mesa St. The developer behind the highly anticipated Montecillo Town Center is EPT Land Communities.
